Congratulations!

Congratulations to two of our wonderful team members who have recently been promoted to Deputy Manager! We were thrilled to welcome Carly to our management team at Summerwood Care Home, New Milton and Mandy to our management team at Redcroft, Bournemouth.  Carly joined our organisation in 2013 and Mandy in 2015.  Both joined us as support workers, quickly demonstrating their professionalism and outstanding commitment to their roles, their teams and to the people they supported.  It was no surprise then that they achieved promotions to senior support work roles.
