Our Care Quality Commission (CQC) report has been published and we are proud to share with you details of our amazing report which has the rating of ‘Good’ in all 5 areas of Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. Launch of ‘Quality Matters.’

Over 100 people representing organisations and national adult social care stakeholders joined the CQC  to mark the launch of the Quality Matters commitment. As it says in the document, ‘The quality of adult social care matters. It matters because people who use services should be able to expect person centred care that is safe, effective, caring and responsive. The State of Health Care and Adult Social Care in England 2015/16 looks at the trends, highlights examples of good and outstanding care, and identifies factors that maintain high-quality care. It was written by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) through their findings between Spring 2015 and Summer 2016. The report summarises that most services they inspect give ‘good’ care to the people they support even though they may now been doing this with less money to pay for it.
